a little try

It's so much early to give a real opinion about you software.
At first look it seems very well... but that's only first look.
Waiting from me next months

Flash game developer needed particle effects

As an online game developer I am always looking for ways to spice up the end product. I tried ExGen once before and I was close to purchasing it when I realized it didn't have an export option for the alpha channel. So the exported image was a great looking particle effect on a black background. This time when I tested it I created the export and then loaded it into Fireworks to add an alpha channel using a mask. That worked perfectly and by using that technique it made my decision easy to purchase the software. I will be adding a demonstration to my blog to illustrate the process and you can view it at pierringer.blogspot.com if you are interested.

Other than the alpha channel the only other con I noticed was the interface feels sluggish. When I click on a particle effect the properties take a couple seconds to come up. It seems like that should be instantaneous. Also, there are no right-click context menus and I have grown very accustom to using those in graphics applications. That is why I gave the interface a "Good" rating.

Other than the interface the product is an amazing value! My learning curve was accelerated by the sample effects included with the demo. Also I love that there are two demo modes (demo or lite). Demo let me experience all the features while lite let me play with the exports.

I am hoping this software will help me take my games to the next level.
